Stayed for a business trip so I loved that the place was clean with SUPER comfy bed pillows. Plus the sheets smelled like they were just washed. Place is as pictured
Great location close to airport and conference at Maui Arts & Culture site. Clean, nice view, complete with all we needed and friendly welcome that greeted us upon arrival. Convenient parking, many restaurants close by. Definitely would stay here again.
The property was simple and clean, and had helpful staff. The central location on the island is good if that’s what you want as. A lot of the attractions on the island are within 30 mins. The place could use a dresser as there wasn’t any clothing storage. Very nice bathroom and shower, and great AC. If you want to have an affordable place to stay on Maui, this is the place!
Great place to stay, close to the airport, and close to start of Hana highway for those interested in Road to Hana. Easy to communicate with property manager.
From the first welcoming smile from Uncle Tony to the request extra delicious coffee prep, i felt as if i were with a family i never met before. Useful information about island regulations was immediately available. wer. with a
Great unit, but nothing very close by. They also did not let us know how to get into the room till we got there and rang a random doorbell. Otherwise great

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
The studio was as presented, which was fine, but there was a big issue. As a single woman, it did not feel safe at all. It was regular key entry, and the deadbolt did not work, so it was just the lock on the doorknob. There was a large table and two stools that I pushed against the door so I would hear if someone tried to enter. There should be an additional interior lock that the resident can latch. Also, I should have read the description more carefully. The description never said it was by the ocean, but the picture is misleading. It's nowhere near the ocean.
From the time I booked, Eric was very quick to respond and very helpful. They had a queen air mattress set up in our room when we arrived. The air mattress was one of those big fancy ones and was honestly incredibly comfortable (I slept on it for 4 nights and really had no issue). The room was small, but fit the queen bed with the queen air mattress totally fine. Everything was really clean, the AC worked great, and the small fridge was awesome for our drinks. It was a good central location. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the airport, 10 minutes to Costco or Walmart, 10 minutes to some beaches, 30 minutes to Kihei and about 40 to Lahaina.
Uncle Tony was always in the office and would get us extra blankets, towels, soap and even gave us a first aid kit to use when I cut my foot. He was incredibly kind, as was all the staff.
They have a big shelf where you can leave or take any beach supplies. We would grab beach towels, pool noodles and chairs every day (they have snorkeling gear, pool toys, boogie boards etc). When we left, we left our snorkeling gear and extra sun screen. It was really cool to be able to use anything we needed and then to leave the stuff that we couldn’t take home with us.
Great place-would definitely recommend!
