Excellent and quiet.

Clean, quiet, and spacious. Far enough away from highly populated areas but close enough to drive anywhere on the island. Would recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful spot

We had an awesome stay in Maalaea together with friends of us. The appartement is very clean, nicely furnished, absolutely comfortable and has a great ocean-view to the ocean. The location in the southern middle of Maui is perfect to explore the island without having to drive that long in any direction. The beach next to us was nothing but marvelous, we even saw see turtles many times!

Relaxing vacation

It is a comfortable and well-equipped unit conveniently located for sightseeing around the island. There aren’t many options for restaurants or grocery stores close by so visitors should plan ahead. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location, beautiful view

Had a great stay. Property was in a quiet area near the aquarium and a few restaurants, 15 minutes to the airport, very peaceful. Could spot whales from the balcony! There is no beach access directly from the property, but the public beach is a very short walk down the sidewalk of a dead end street. An easy walk, even for a 2 y/o and someone with a bad knee. All said, it was a great place to stay!

This was a nice place to stay. It was clean and located next to the harbor, which BTW we learned is the 5th windiest harbor in the world so don't stay on that side if your don't like wind. It is a relatively short drive to the other side of the island and to Lahaina. There were a few things that needed to be fixed - kitchen faucet didn't really move, the kitchen window is really hard to open and close and the front screen door gets stuck on the front door lock, so you feel like you're breaking in each time you open it. The thing I had the biggest issue with was that there were no dressers, not even a small 2-drawer chest to put underwear, shorts, etc. in, so we hung what we could, but ended up living out of our suitcases anyway. That was frustrating. The property itself is well maintained. The pool was cleaned every day and there were maintenance crews present most of the time. The beach is close, but if you're looking for one of those picturesque beaches, it's not the one for you. Overall, it was fine because we weren't there much so the fact that we had a clean bed and bath was great.

Great Location

Overall this was a great stay, location was very central to everywhere on the island with grocery and necessities close by. The unit was well stocked including alot of kitchen items you wouldn't normally expect (some seasonings, ziploc bags, coffee filters, etc. which I assume others left behind but was nice they don't throw away so others can use) with comfortable beds. With only one air conditioner the front bedroom did get pretty stuffy and we had to use the provided fans to keep it cool enough to sleep as there wasn't really a cross breeze in the bedroom. There was a fantastic view off the lanai although it was very noisy to sit out there if the air conditioner was running as its VERY loud. The only real complaint I have is that the site needs to update their pictures as the pictures of the complex show a small beach behind the property and its clear there used to be one based on the steps (now blocked off) going down to the water. The beach however has disappeared I'm assuming due to erosion. The view was still beautiful but disappointing to get there and learn that there really wasn't any beach behind us. Overall I'd stay at this property again but it could use a few minor improvements(mainly the noisy AC and stuffy front room).

Beautiful Hidden Gem

This condo had the most magnificent views. The condo and property were impeccably kept. Everything you would need for the beach and pool. Plenty of items in your kitchen to cook or BBQ down at the pool. I enjoyed watching the pool guy clean the pool every morning like clock work. There are heavy trade winds in this area but we loved it because it kept the temperatures down. Also this condo with the direction it is facing, we had morning shade so we could enjoy our morning coffee on the Lanai. We preferred shade in the morning as apposed to being blasted with sun first thing in the morning, We noticed the other side of the complex no one was on their Lanai in the morning. The price was great, half the cost of Kaanapali, the beach was a very short walk, sometimes at low tide there is was beach in front. We didn't mind walking the short distance for a very nice beach. Also the location of this condo was so close to everything, very central, 15 minutes to airport or shopping, 25 minutes to Kaanapali, 25 minutes to Wailea and Makena Beach. Best stay!!
