Direct oceanfront condo! Lauloa 102 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo with a large lanai is well-appointed and offers all the comforts of home. Unit 102 can accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy in-house meals using the well-equipped kitchen. This home stays cool with split A/C in every room, ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes on windy days. After a day in the sun, enjoy the leather couch and 70” large flat-screen TV!

You can be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves on a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom or a Queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs equipped with cable. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. There is also a guest bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. This condo has a private washer and dryer, for added convenience.

Lauloa Resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The resort features an oceanfront pool and BBQ area. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. Ma'alaea is located in central Maui, bringing you closer to many excursions such as Hana or Haleakala. There are no resort or parking fees.

Beautiful slice of paradise

The condo was beautiful. The ocean view was the best part. My son enjoyed having the pool right outside. The condo was clean, well stocked, and inviting. We loved the ac. Cheyenne knew we were checking in later in the evening, we walked into a well lit condo with nice Hawaiian music playing. The welcome gift was such a cute gesture. The My Perfect Stays staff was easy to contact and provided help with ALOHA. We hope to return again. Mahalo for sharing your home with us.

Great place!

We loved our ground floor property in Maalaea. This place had everything you needed - cooler, boogie board, beach towels, beach chairs, all the cooking items. The TV's were wonderful and the furniture and beds comfortable. We were able to walk every day to the little cafe and get coffee and breakfast if we wanted. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed this property.it had a great view of the ocean with a pool right outside our door. It was clean and roomy with the master bedroom having a view of the ocean. If we needed to contact customer service, it was done promptly and to our satisfaction.

Wonderful getaway in Maui

The condo is adorable and opens onto a grassy area by the pool with the ocean just beyond it. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. There are even beach chairs to use. Quiet at night with the ocean waves as a lullaby. I'd rent this place again!

Great management company!

Our stay had some hiccups but the management company was very responsive and worked hard to resolve. The pool is right outside. Beautiful view. We saw whales every morning in the distance while enjoying coffee.

Nice quiet complex, stunning views and and well stocked. Walked out of the living room and was watching turtles with 30 seconds. Check in and departure were contactless and simple. Plenty of room for 4 Adults and 2 vehicles. Will return.

Beautiful Ocean Views

We had a great time. The only reason I'm giving this review 4 stars is we had a few issues that needed to be addressed when we arrived. However it just took 1 call and someone came right away to fix it. We loved having coffee in the morning outside enjoying the ocean so close.

The unit was great. Well stocked with kitchenware and laundry facilities. The only thing I was suggest is to provide location of thrash location map. Also I was unable to located the fan regulator of the living room and towels were damp and smelly, when we arrived so we had to put a load in washer/dryer.

PERFECT Location

For our family, Ma'alaea is the perfect base location for a stay on Maui and this particular unit was wonderful with its ground floor orientation. Ma'alaea's central location is great to enjoy everything the island of Maui has to offer. Lauloa is on a small street of similar condos and is very quiet and relaxing. The view from the lanai was fantastic with the beaches and town of Kihei across the bay, as well as the volcano and south Maui. On top of the scores of sea turtles that we were able to see daily in the ocean outside the condo. The sea bed directly in front of the condo is completely rocky--DO NOT LET THIS DETER YOU--this is the reason sea turtles are so prevalent in this area and there are many many other beaches to enjoy. This unit is very well equipped, clean, convenient and completely comfortable.. Everything we needed to enjoy the beaches was inside the condo for our use. September is a great time to visit Maui to avoid crowds. However, this means that condo repairs and renovations are being done. Since we were only in our unit to shower and sleep this was ok, had we needed to stay in our unit though out the day time it could have become annoying. Just remember to speak to management before you book if traveling in the off season. The central A/C worked very well and was a life saver as September is also one of Maui's warmest months. The on site management team was very good and the check in/out process couldn't have been easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. If I HAD to find anything not absolutely wonderful about this unit, I guess I could be pushed to wonder if maybe the mattress in the Master bedroom might be updated, but truthfully the existing mattress is comfortable. I will definitely recommend this unit to others and should we visit Maui again, this unit will be my first inquiry for lodging. Mahalo!

We had a great stay in unit 102! Location is great as it’s central. Saw tons of whales while sitting outside enjoying the view. Great little beach a 5 min walk away. So close to the harbour to take a sunset cruise or whale watching trip. Recommend this unit!

Magnificent Condo in Maui

This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and looked as good or better than it’s pictures. We enjoyed the snorkeling, whale watching cruise, aquarium, and luau that were within a short walk if this condo. It is centrally located on a quiet street with absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean. I would highly recommend this spacious condo!

The condo was better than expected. Great central location, easy to get anywhere on the island, very well stocked, super clean and easy to access. We took advantage of the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler for trips to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Everything You Need

Great location....central to airport, western Maui, road to Hana, kielbasa aquarium and Maui Brewery. Condo has everything you need. Have to admit we left two beach towels at Kapalua Bay and could not find them.
