Great location on Maui to easily get to all our excursions. Walkable to the harbor for many water excursions, that was a huge plus! Beautiful view from the balcony! Quiet location and very comfortable beds.
Great location and accommodations. The condo was very nice, and the views of the ocean were great. Watching the whales and the sea turtles from the condo was a perk. Very peaceful area which was extremely beneficial when you're on vacation. Being close to the harbor for our excursions was only a 10-minute walk. Overall, a great vacation. We will be back again. Thanks!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, the condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our week in Maui very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place.
We had a wonderful stay. The view of the ocean and the sound of the waves from the M. Bedroom & family room was amazing. I would definately recommend staying here.
We chose this location due to proximity to the Airport and Haleakala Crater as we were there for only a long weekend. It met our needs and was very comfortable and quiet.
This place way exceeded my expectations. This was my first time ever visiting Maui and the rental had an excellent view of the ocean. Highly recommend!
This is our second time at this location (different units), the first time with kids and the second time without. Loved it both times! Great central locations to most of the island and all the comforts of home! The restaurant at the ocean center is great!
Got to experience great surf on this historic weekend of swells. Quiet , peaceful, and no problems.

Maui vaca
Love this street because it is so quiet and near everything. The condo was very clean and had everything you could want in the kitchen and separate a/c units for each room. I would stay here again
Also any questions I had were answered promptly before my arrival.
Had to be the best property we have ever had the pleasure to stay at! The furnishings, along with the updated kitchen and bath were just perfect. Ocean views can be somewhat barren but having the mountain across the bay and the palm trees that were tall enough to not block the view, were just amazing. Please extend our sincerest appreciation to the owners for sharing this beautiful property.

MAUI WITH FRIENDS
We return to the islands every other year, and when we do we usually bring a couple that have never experienced the aloha spirit. The condo was perfectly located with all the right amenities. We had one issue with a slider door and the manager had it repaired immediately and without question. Without a doubt we will stay here again!
Great comfort in convenient central location if you have a car....
This property is a bit dated on the outside, but very comfortable inside. It is very generously equipped with everything for beach trips and for cooking and doing laundry. The lanai is pleasant and affords a great view to the ocean and sunsets. Maalea is nothing much, but you can drive to Lahaina, Kihei, Wailea. There are lots of nice beaches a drive away. Outside this condo, one can snorkel with sea turtles. The only reason I give it a lower rating is because you really have to drive to find great food, beach, shopping.

Fabulous condo with beautiful views
This condo had absolutely everything we needed. It was clean and bright with gorgeous views of the sunrise. Conveniently located to everything our family of 4 needed. The management company was so attentive even though we didn’t need a thing. They kept in touch with us by email and over the weekend left a cell number in case we needed anything. We didn’t. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. Mahalo.

The right choice for us
We felt right at home for two weeks in May at the condo at Lauloa 309. Our daughter and son-in-law spent the first week with us and then we celebrated our 40th anniversary alone for the second week. This condo had about everything you could need to cook and eat in and go to the beach. (umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, coolers and boogie boards) . The location is centrally located to the beaches north and south and west to the volcano and Hana. Yet the resort is on a dead end street with little traffic and no noise from the main highways. There was quite a bit of wind, however the way the unit is situated, it blows from the street side of the condo and the lanai is perfectly protected and delightful. We loved the view from the lanai and spent many hours reading, watching surfers and fishermen, boats coming and going from the nearby harbor and just generally soaking up the beauty of the bay looking south from Kihei to Makena and beyond. We could literally throw a rock from the lanai to the ocean!
Stephanie of IgoMaui was great. She promptly answered any and all questions that we threw at her. She accommadated a few special requests that we asked for and seemed happy to be able to fullfill each and every one.
We would definitely stay here again!
This property was very nice. It was in a great location, near or easy to get to most places in Maui. Beautiful oceanfront view, saw turtles each day. Not the best to get in and out of the ocean, but beaches nearby. Property manager and people in charge of complex very cordial and accommodating. The condo itself is a little dated and has more furniture than needed,(tables, etc) but the kitchen is great to cook in--everything you need except for a good wine opener was there. The BBQ's at the pool worked great and were clean (though some guests didn't pick up after themselves). The beds and bathrooms were very comfortable and the air worked great as we went in July and it was very hot. The biggest negative I have is the cost. I know it is oceanfront etc., but price starts out at under $240 a night. But then there's a cleaning fee of $250, which sounds high to me, then there's a Damage waiver which you have no option to not take at $69. Then there's an "Owner's fee of $319--I would think the rent would be their fee, and to top it off another "service fee" of $212! I understand the tax of $275, but all the other fees added up to an additional $850. I knew all this before booking, but it just still seems outrageous to me. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay!
My husband and I LOVED our 2nd stay at this wonderful Maalaea property! We had visited in May two years before, and during that first visit we decided that if we had the chance to return we would try to get the same unit during whale season.
What an incredible experience!!! We honestly spent more time on our lanai watching whales than doing anything else. It was amazing to sit and watch a mother humpback and her calf frolicking in the waves or getting to witness four males competing for over 30 minutes for a female by smacking their massive pectoral fins and tails fins on the water from the comfort of our own private oasis. Just magical!! Of course, we also loved snorkeling, exploring the Road to Hana and just enjoying the beauty of Maui.
Inside the condo there is everything needed to feel at home.
The comfortable master bedroom has a stunning view of Maalaea Bay all the way up to the peak of Haleakala. The bed is very comfortable, and having a separate A/C unit in both the master, the living area and the guest bedroom makes all the difference when the winds die down (which they did several days during our 12-day visit). The bathroom is also well equipped.
The living area has the same gorgeous view of the water and the mountains, so you're always experiencing the beauty of Maui. We didn't watch TV very often during our visit, but we appreciated the option to do so. And although we didn't eat at the dining table because we loved eating on the lanai, it served as a perfect place to use our laptop, etc.
The kitchen is also well-equipped with most everything you would need for dining in. We ate many of our meals in the condo (we stocked up at Costco & Target near the airport in Kahalui), and the only thing we lacked was a pizza cutter - not the end of the world to say the least. Additionally, the washer and dryer in the kitchen were lifesavers.
The guest bathroom is a good size, and the guest bedroom had ample closet space (including thoughtful touches like coolers, beach umbrellas and a couple of pool noodles. The only thing we would recommend is a new mattress in the guest bedroom as it is not the most comfortable.
If we ever have the privilege of returning to Maui in the future, we will try our best to stay in this condo a 3rd time. It feels like a home-away-from-home, and we now carry with us cherished memories from both of our times drinking in Maalaea Bay as well as the rest of the island.
