The area have a spectacular natural view , some employees not friendly.

Upon arriving the desk clerk was a little short .I thought it was we were chevking in late. We were asked to pay 40.00 a night for parking self park or 45.00 a day valet parking.wow so for our stay of 13 days it was 480.00 The staff at the restaurant was short we had ants on our table and asked to sit elsewhere. When we were moved the staff was rude. Another couple sat at the same table only to be moved due to ants.the cleaning staff were great and the rooms were kept.While checking out The person on the desk was short.We asked to take care of our tab so we could just leave and not have to check out in the am with the crowd she acknowledged but went on to do other things we askef again and it seemed like we were bothering her .i think a class in customer service would be a good idea. Check in was nice and easy, the VIP through Expedia was nice because I received chocolate macadamia nuts and shell leis on arrival, I think my room was upgraded because I don’t remember booking a full kitchen but I got one and in room laundry which was super nice. The property was full of plants and birds singing all the time, the grounds were lit up at night with a beautiful view. We did meet some owners there
