Beautifully Remodeled studio Makaha Valley Towers

Beautifully remodeled studio apartment with breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean. The Makaha Valley Towers is located in the scenic Makaha Valley and is minutes away from Makaha Surfing Beach. The area is known for its quiet, relaxed atmosphere. There are several restaurants in the area, 2 grocery stores, fast food eateries, a Planet Fitness Gym, etc. The complex amenities include, central air, heated swimming pool, bbq area, 24-hr security. It is a non-smoking building, near hiking and bus paths. Minutes from world famous Makaha Surfing Beach. Pay per use laundry facility and trash chutes on each floor.

Makaha Is roughly 20 minutes away from Kapolei or better known as the "Second City". There you can find finer dining, movies, Costco, Target, Walmart and all the other "Big" name stores. There is also an open mall called Kamakana Ali'i.

There is a fee of $85 per month for parking. A required refundable deposit of $100 for the parking decal is also due at orientation. The fee will be refunded to you when you leave.

This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.
