Our room wasn't ready till after check in time. Parking was great and felt car was safe. No help with luggage and no elevator to our upstairs room. Some renovations were taking place in one area. The bar was ok but the breakfast for what you could get should have been included as it was chain hotel quality. Only sweetened cream for coffee so couldn’t use due to health issues.

This is a great hotel! Staff during all day parts was amazing! Bartender was friendly all the time! This is a great location a few steps away from bourbon street, yet far enough from the madness.

The breakfast buffet was the highlight! The towels were thin and rough. The only microwave was located on the 9th floor, which was very inconvenient because our room was located on the 26th floor. Considering the hotel's ambiance and pricing, that was a let down.
