"Coffee all day"

"The room was clean, and the air-conditioning was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The water in the shower wasn’t super hot when we used it, but we were up very early to catch a red eye flight and might have been the first in our hall to use it. We didn’t get a chance to have breakfast, but we did utilize the shuttle service in the morning, and the staff at the front desk at that time and the shuttle driver were both quite rude. Might’ve been an off day, but I would’ve appreciated a little more courtesy, especially that early in the morning."

"We spent one night, we had to catch an early flight the next morning. All good! Since they opened the new terminal at the New Orleans airport the Hilton is not as convenient, but with shuttles running every 15 minutes it’s no big deal! "

"The hallway smelled like urine , the parking lot had lots of activity going on and the motet important the room was filthy ! Hair was found in the tub , the bed had a white comforter on it with brown stain like residue on it , I can go on and on …. It’s a NO for me , money wasted . We didn’t stay we checked out and took the drive home !"
