"Our room was comfortable and we liked looking out and seeing the airplanes take off in the distance!"

"The bed was very comfortable. It was on a playform that you have to watch your shins. Modern updates work well. "

"The room was extremely dated. I also found two roaches in the room during our stay. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent, and the water backed up in the tub/ it would not drain. Upon check in, my son and husband were talking of swimming in the pool- the desk clerk heard this conversation yet did not tell us the pool was closed. We attempted to go to the indoor pool only to find the door blocked by a cleaning cart and upon looking through the glass window, my son would not have entered the water even if it had been opened. The water was extremely dirty, had stuff floating in it, and the drains had green algae growing around them. The hallways had a horrible smell to them at times. The staff member who also took care of breakfast was wonderful and very attentive. This was about the only positive. "

"Normally I’m pleased with the facility. Not having hit water Sunday morning was a disappointment. "

"Not one drink machine on site. Snack bar depleted completely except for a half-dozen products. Television completely unavailable - cable box issues. Staff came to our room at around 9 p.m. to help but was not successful. She then said, "Well you are about to go to sleep aren't you?" When I told her that I was planning to watch tv, she said she would try to find another box and she would call me - that was the last I saw or heard from her. The a/c was terrible. Either hot or freezing all night. I mentioned this to her when she came for tv, but heard no response about that problem."

"Room was nice, everything clean, fresh smell when you go into the room, staff helped out with everything including a number for an uber to take me to the airport, business friendly for sure, and the gym is nice, ill be back soon for sure!"
