"From check-in to check-out, the Petra Pillars was outstanding! The room was beautifully decorated and the terrace overlooking the pool was an added bonus. We did massages, steam/sauna and scrubs and felt relaxed for hours after. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the food was delicious! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."
