Great place to stay!

100% recommend. The staff is extremely atrentive, friendly and attentive. Clean room, delicious breakfast in the morning and the spa is very nice. There are also beautiful views from the window. The staff thougj definitely made our stay as nice as it was. They helped us to organize rides, brought fresh drinks when we walked in and provided helpful information

A very good stay with the views of the city of perta especially the mountain view . There are lots of relaxing things to do like the the spa and heated swimming pool.a very family friendly hotel.this hotel staff were very kind and this hotel deserves 5 stars

Nice boutique hotel

Rooms slightly on the smaller side but very good condition of all facilities. Located more than a mile away from Petra entrance in a very hilly city so you need a car to stay here. Breakfast was extremely good in quality and variety. We got a free upgrade to beautiful Mountain View rooms.

The rooms and facilities were nice and clean, but lack some amenities. Staff was completely adequate, although there were some that shined brighter than others. The greatest issues we faced were noisiness in the rooms and abysmal wifi. Walls are thin and you can here everything near your room. Wifi comes and goes, but is mostly not useable.

Hotel parfait pour 2 nuits à Petra!

Très bel hôtel récent, les chambres sont confortables et le personnel formidable. Il dispose d’un parking gratuit souterrain et d’un restaurant buffet. Le centre de Petra est accessible à pieds et plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Le Petra Visitor Center est à 25 min à pied mais attention l’hôtel est en hauteur, il vous faudra grimper pour y revenir! Petit bémol cependant sur le hammam et le sauma qui n’étaient pas allumés et la piscine beaucoup trop froide.

Personnel au top !

Le personnel est au petit soin! Vraiment adorable même au petit déjeuner :) néanmoins les murs sont fins… on entend bcp les voisins dans le couloir tôt / tard le matin ou soir ainsi que les appels à la prière. Pensez à amener vos boules quies ;) et la piscine est un peu froide … à notre goût !

Mein Aufenthalt war grandios!

Hat alles gepasst, Hotel ist sehr neu, sauber und modern. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr kommunikativ, man kann jederzeit mit dem Chef plaudern und sich Ratschläge für Ausflüge holen. Auch die Reception ist mit sehr nettem Personal besetzt, bei schlaflosen Nächten kann man sich nett mit dem Rezepionisten unterhalten. Frühstück war auch sehr gut und ausgiebig. Vollste Weiterempfehlung!
