"Breakfast was excellent. Great variety, tasty, and pleasant service while sitting in front of a gorgeous panorama of the mountains (top floor dining). There is also a lovely lounge area upstairs to enjoy the view anytime of day. Comfortable rooms. We especially appreciated the generous service by our host manager to help arrange transportation for us. "

"Great stay, would recommend. Staff were excellent. Only criticism was that our first room smelt of cigarette smoke so we asked to move, new room was great and very clean. "

"It’s a good price for what you get. It’s close to the entrance of Petra. It’s up one of the hills, so the walk home after a whole day in Petra might be challenging after a long day. The rooftop is very nice. "

"Beautiful place 5 minutes from Petra. Moumen made us feel at home and the traditional local meals cooked by his mom were delicious. Amazing view of Wadi Musa from the dining hall, especially at night. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Incredibly beautiful hotel that is literally right across the street from the Petra entrance. Very helpful staff, Waleed who works at the front desk even took our car to fill the air in the tire after we noticed it was low. Housekeeping staff Hamza and Fahed also were very helpful as well. Very large and scrumptious breakfast too. "
"This hotel was absolute perfection. Everything from cleanliness, to location, to great food. Most importantly I have to say the staff was so sweet and professional. My mother and I visited from Los Angeles, and after we had already checked out and were on our way back to Amman, our driver received a call from the hotel staff informing him we had left a lot of money and jewels in the lockbox in our hotel room. They were so kind to take photos of each and every item left behind and send it to us. We had our driver send another driver to pick up the items and return it to us in Amman. I have to say their honestly and professionalism truly blew me away. I would give this hotel 1000 stars if I could. A must stay!!! "
"We had a wonderful stay at Old Village Resort in Wadi Musa. The hotel is a perfect base for visiting Petra – located in a quiet, atmospheric area with beautiful views, yet close enough to reach the Petra entrance without any problems. After long days of walking and hiking around the ancient city, it was a real pleasure to come back to such a comfortable and charming place.
The resort itself is very well maintained and has a lot of character, with traditional architecture and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the common areas – including the pool and terraces – provided great spots to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were professional, friendly and always ready to help with any request, from arranging transport to giving practical tips for visiting Petra.
One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site spa. After an intense day of sightseeing in Petra, we absolutely recommend booking a massage there. The massage therapist Aerf is outstanding – highly skilled, attentive and very professional. His Dead Sea Salt Scrub treatment helped us relax completely and recover after a long day in Petra. It was exactly what we needed after hours of walking in the sun and on rocky paths."
"The hotel is in an excellent location for the visitor centre entrance into Petra. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and of a good size. Breakfast is simple but plenty big enough costs only 6 Jordan Dinar Highly recommend this hotel"
"The location of the hotel is within a short walking distance of the Petra site which means you will not need to worry about parking at the site. The hotel is very clean and the room was one of the largest I have stayed in. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities such as the bar and swimming pools were very well maintained
