5/5 Excellent
Quiet location and a great hotel
"We arrived at 0400 and check in was no problem. The suite was large with a separate private patio, seating area and bathroom. We had buffet breakfast each morning which had a wide and varied choice. We sat outside on the balcony and were fortunate that an inconsiderate smoker only sat down once. In the evening we also dined at the hotel buffet which again was excellent and its unusual that we did this. The hotel is a 5minute taxi drive from other restaurants and it was easier to dine in as the variation and quality was superb. The pool area was clean and tidy and towels were provided. The outside pool was unheated i.e cold but this great after a hot day walking around Petra.
It is a dry hotel, and it seems odd to ban drink but allow smoking in eating areas. The orher added bonus is that it is quiet, no piped music except the call to prayer, which is great to listen to as it rolls down the hillside. We would return."
