Penworthy is a delightful three bedroom property situated in the centre of Rock village where a wide variety of local shops can be found. There is a bakery, butchers and fish shop along with some other independent stores. The long sandy beach of Rock, which reaches to Daymer Bay, is only a five minute drive or a brisk walk away, as is the sheltered cove of Porthilly.

Rock is a haven for walkers and golfers alike, with the world renowned St Enodoc Golf Club just down the road, and plenty of beautiful walks around the coast. Rock is well known for its water sports on the Camel estuary, with the Camel ski school offering fun activities in the season, and there is a slipway for visitors boats. Padstow is a short ferry ride across the estuary, with a multitude of shops, bars and restaurants.

To the rear of the garage accessed through the house is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a separate WC together with an additional shower room - perfect for coming straight off the beach!

Large driveway with double gates, and room to park a boat as well as cars.

Access is via a wide tarmaced driveway. There is a step up into the conservatory/ entrance porch and a step up into the main property. Level access to the downstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. A turning staircase leads up to another bedroom, en- suite and small tv area.
