"The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. "

"Beautiful spacious home in a gated community and as described with a great back yard and enticing pool! The house had everything we needed and was well stocked with the little things! The bathtub was a welcome relaxation and the primary had a lovely comfy bed. Very close to shops, grocery stores and many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay and highly recommend."

"This was a beautiful area to stay. My room was spacious. Had floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, quiet. Soundproofing was done very well. There was a little bit of construction going on. They did include ear plugs in one of the side tables. Not that I used them. I had my own and I only really needed them. One day out of the 10 I stayed. I would have to say that the only negative thing I would have to say about this property is the lighting. I am visually impaired so I need lots of light to...

"The only downfall that this hotel might have would have to be the unfortunate surroundings and the amount of homeless people that are just everywhere at all hours. (Which is out of the hotels control) Aside from that I can't think of any complaints directed at the hotel itself. I would recommend this place to friends and family especially with how good the pricing is!!! 👍 The manager Nikki is awesome and she always goes the extra mile to make sure her guests needs are met!!! "
