The room is comfortable and roomy and perfect for a one to two week stay. The staff are generally nice - one staff member with glasses was very nice and would let you check in early if you showed up at 12.
My issue was if you extend your stay, you have to keep asking them to renew your wifi so I ended up using my own data for quite a few days. Also, their staff needs to make sure their customers have proper cutlery and dishes in their rooms. This was not satisfactory in my opinion.
My other issue was that the street this hotel is on has some shady characters and their reception is not 24 hours. If you call past 5 and there's any issue, no one will answer. I would stay here again for one to two weeks without hesitation. Good location if you like Southbank or have to work in the city.

As advertised, spacious and comfortable enough for 4 adults, washer, dryer and seperate toile downstairs, 2 bathrooms upstairs with another tv, carpeted upstairs, lgreat location with the markets walking distance, quiet, fyi there are stairs up to the 3 bedrooms for luggage up and down.
