The Sofia Suite is located on the 2nd floor of the Grumpy Old Men Condominiums, in the heart of downtown Wabasha. This space is steps from local restaurants, the well-known Eagle Center, and the Mississippi River front. Soak in the jacuzzi tub while enjoying your favorite movie/show. This quiet space is great for a romantic get away. Coffee Mill ski area and 2 marinas are close by as well. Note: you will be climbing a set of stairs to the second floor, as we do not have an elevator.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was very comfortable (the bed especially!) and was in the perfect location. Wabasha is such a quiet and quaint community filled with very friendly people…even the neighbors in the building welcomed me and hoped our stay was perfect. Our host recommended various places to eat and hints on how to get free treats (that was fun!) I would definitely love to come back to this nice little town- and definitely would consider staying here again!

The host was great. Very clear instructions and quick replies when I had questions. The condo itself is super clean and nicely decorated. The location is also great. It's right in the heart of downtown and is walkable to multiple shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great spot!

Fun spot to stay!

Cute second floor apartment that had just what we needed. A quick walk down a flight of stairs and you're on the quiet main street of Wabasha. Nice place to go for a relaxing break.

Perfect getaway

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Sofia Suite and the beautiful town of Wabasha. The rooms were clean, romantic, and perfect for the two of us. And the location was perfect for walking anywhere we needed to go in town.

Anniversary weekend getaway

My husband and I wanted an easy quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We loved the area and access to good restaurants and bars as well as cute shops and a nice walk along the river. The apartment was in a great location and the bed was very comfortable which were my top criteria.

Fantastic location. Perfect size for two.

We loved our 2-day stay in Wabasha at this cute condo in a historic building. The location was walking distance to shops, restaurants, the river, the Eagle Center, taverns and even a speakeasy! Parking was a breeze, the bed was comfy and the kitchen was appointed with all we needed. So many things to do in the area including two amazing wineries. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying in this suite. Bed was very comfy and it’s a short walk to most of the restraints in town. Lovely place will definitely keep in mind for future visits

Fun time, beautiful river/lake

It was a fun two night stay. Riverboat days happened to be going on so we had live music, food trucks and lots of different events going on while we were there. We went for the golfing and found a couple nice courses to visit and then a great little place to go back to for food and rest. Great experience!
