"We stayed in The Biggy Room. It was so lovely and comfortable. Amazing view of Brussels City from the 18th floor. Everyone was very warm and helpful who worked at the hotel. The breakfast room service wasn’t very nice but aside from that it was a really great stay. A request would be it would be extra lovely if they provided robes and slippers in the room. "

"What a beautiful experience. From the start-friendly staff, the room was amazing. Great food offered and beer at the bar with nice conversation from the bar staff. The roof top pool is top notch with a view of the city unlike others. Id highly recommend a massage also! 5 stars and cant fault it. Would I go back? You bet ya. Im sad to leave.."

"The hotel is good for a hotel close to the airport. We have a situation about smell in our room and contacted Front Desk. They change our room to another floor and Hermes from the FD offer to us the dinner of that night complementary. That was a really nice gesture. The hotel is nice and have free transfer to the airport what is a good option for the clients. "

"For such a small hotel, I love how clean the hotel is. From the lobby, dining area, gym, and my room. The staff were excellent and I felt safe staying here. The location is near the train station so convenient. It is a 15-20 min walk to the downtown area of Brussels. Definitely recommend this hotel for everybody (even solo travellers!)"
