The drive to the property was steep with many sharp curves. We had no hot water at one point our first morning. "This was the highlight of our trip in Sicily. Everything was perfect, even the little cat that came to say hello on our balcony! The pool was lovely, and the sunrise views from there simply amazing. The only snag was that the pre booked "shuttle" was nearly 30 minutes late picking us up from the port. Apart from that, perfect. Would recommend and certainly stay again"

"Stunning property with incredible architecture and location on cliff side next to see and overlooking the town. Wonderful staff and owner that offered to drive me to the ferry when the taxi was not showing up on time. Good menu for dinner. Great breakfast and unbeatable setting. The only problem was that although they say to preserve water, it takes 10-15 minutes for the water in the shower to get warm. Investing in a new water heating system should be top priority. Even so, I would love to stay there again."

"The place is well located, just minutes from the ferry port. It was easy to find and the hotel had sent great communications before. Reception was good and the check-in quick and helpful with useful info about the islands. Room was big and spacious. It’s an apart hotel so we had a small kitchen area as well as a separate bedroom. Shower room was a bit dated and the shower was a bit small for comfort. Breakfast was fine - reasonable choice of continental breakfast.lipari was beautiful - so glad we stayed. One huge bonus of this hotel was the lovely pool area. Only 6 or 8 sunbeds but the pool and the space was great. A fab choice I think "

The room was spacious however incredibly damp and humid, noticeable on every wall. Air-con was in the room but basically didn’t condition the rooms to the point where going outside in 28 degrees was more refreshing than being inside. Both nights sleep were terrible"
