"The staff were lovely and very helpful. But the room was very old and run down. The bed was so uncomfortable I kept walking in pain and woke up very sore and with back and neck pain. The pillows were so old they were unusable and flared my allergies. The beds and bedding should be replaced."

"Melonie was amazing. From the moment we booked, she was in communication with us. The information she provided - from services at the villa to information on the island - was extremely helpful and allowed us to plan the perfect trip for us. Once we arrived, Vika took amazing care of us. She is a master of all things - from massage, to her preparing our meals, to helping us book local tours and dinners - she does it all. She and Melonie even planned an unforgettable evening to help us celebrate our 20th anniversary. The villa itself is even more stunning in person than the pictures show. The view of Savusavu from the back porch is one you'll never forget. 5* experience from start to finish, and I cannot recommend KOKO Savusavu enough."

"Ocean view. Old unmaintained room. Grotty -like it has not been cleaned properly for years. Outdoor shower hot water intermittent, the rocks for shower wall were black and slimy. Small maintenance issues not attended to and now bigger issues, rotting timber in wet areas. The Pathways very uneven , not safe for older patrons- sever falls risk. The pool was cloudy, and also showed the same lack of maintenance. Surrounding furniture old and shabby. Sun lounge cushions left out in the weather had black mould discussing. Cockroaches had infiltrated the communal book shelf on the main restaurant area, poop all over the shelving and the books falling apart at the spines from roach infiltration. I could go on and on….. Was not relaxing and did not reflect internet photos. Clearly we did not persevere "

"If you haven't been to the most beautiful slice of heaven on Earth known as Wavi Island you must get here as fast as you can! My husband and I and our two sons (ages 9 and 13) were blessed to spend 2 weeks on Wavi. My husband and I visited Savusavu 19 years ago and fell in love and wanted to bring our boys this time. Our first step on the island was magical, our boys amazed at the most beautiful place we'd get to spend a full 2 weeks! They could leave after breakfast each morning to hike the island or snorkel or swim in one of the two amazing pools OR their favorite kayaking and paddle boarding right off the island. The property managers Josh and Shabana are amazing and set us up wth once in a life time excursions! From snorkeling in the pearl farm to fishing (the boys caught large 8 fish between them) to shopping in downtown Savusavu and of course the waterfalls. Honestly, this trip was more than I could have ever asked for and we will be back! Tears in our eyes when we had to say goodbye to Wavi until next time. Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience and a life changing trip!"
