"Koro Sun Resort provided a lovely, relaxing, and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived at the tiny Suvasuva Airport we knew the highlight of our stay would be the warm, friendly Fijian staff. Our accommodations in an edgewater floating burre was absolutely perfect for us- from the classic wood and fresh flower finishes to a floating deck with comfortable chairs and your own kayak ready to use at your pleasure. The bed was super comfortable. The small in room lounge area was perfect to get a little work done while allowing views out the glass door cove. The combination of air conditioning and plenty of louvered windows kept the space feeling cool and comfortable. The Rainforest Spa, and my incredible provider Jill, created a most relaxing and unique spa experience with the traditional Tijian Bobo massage and the Nama Banana Leaf Body Wrap. Our stay was just two perfect nights and nearly three full days swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and simply enjoying this small slice of island paradise."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Beachfront cottage! The property is beautiful and the Host family were great to work with. They provided fresh bouquets of flowers and passion fruit in the cottage upon arrival. We slept about 150 ft from the ocean and could hear the peaceful beach sounds all night. There is about a 2 mile stretch of black sand beach and we didn't see another beach on the island that was nicer than the one we had right out our front door! We also did two different waterfall hikes and they were both within about 10 mins of the cottage. We had some trouble with our phone charging cables and we were able to borrow a wireless charger from our Host family until we could figure our problem. We loved the outdoor shower. We used the kayaks one day and paddled up and down the coast. We saw sea turtle pop his head up right in front of us. If you love the quiet, secluded, off the beaten path type of stay (we were about 20min from Savusavu), then this is the place for you!"

"We stayed six nights at Josie’s for a very special family occasion. We arrived to a sensational view and a warm welcome by Laisani and Milly and were served a platter of delicious local fruits after our long day of traveling we already felt relaxed.Everything just flowed from this moment and in Fiji time we connected with Ann for transport and she soon became part of our holiday sharing her local knowledge and kindness.Vikash and Jhoyti offered to prepare an amazing feast that filled our hearts and bellies, it was super amazing and the rice pudding was next level.Jodie was awesome , she made sure that our experience was exactly how we had dreamed it to be and was available to help throughout our stay for any questions we had. We visited waterfalls , local beaches ,the Copra factory (amazing ) , mud pool , Nawi island Pool Club , we purchased local produce from the market and I could go on !!!! "If you like privacy, lush surroundings and a spectacular view this truly is the place, especially if you're newlyweds or celebrating a 30yr second honeymoon as we were. Our onsite host, caretaker and chef Radhika was truly a gem. The cuisine was excellent and Radhika was genuine and caring. Her willingness to offer information or advice on how to locate and participate in experiencing the best of Fijian culture, sights or activities was invaluable and made our dream vacation everything we had hoped for or more. We would make high recommendations for anyone considering this venue for their special time together. Be sure to ask for Radhike !!"

"Lovely hosts and a wonderful view. The host and her family are simply lovely folks and we felt so welcome. This is a small, family run property and they could not have been nicer. So glad we made this choice. It was terribly humid but the room was a reprieve from the steamy walk to town. Wi-Fi was fine. I never tried the TV because being here was a nice respite from the US."

"It was simple, clean. The staff is fantastic. Only thing id change is that id update the cigarette burned toilet seat and small table. Owners are lovely, (i totally put my foot in my mouth when i said koro is my fave! Yikes) The food was delicious and peggy couldnt have nbeen a better person. I came here to be with my dying father,, and the compassion and empathy that i was shown was so wonderful. "
