"The shower was so small and the shower head didn’t move enough to keep the water on while washing up. It had to be turned off. The bottom of the shower curtain was filthy. The bed was too hard for my wife to sleep on. The cushions for the couch didn’t fit as they slipped through the slats multiple times daily. The first Italian place we stayed that didn’t have an espresso pot nor any basic cooking supplies – oil, salt or pepper. The hood light nor the vent worked.They left dishwasher detergent without a dishwasher in the apartment. There is no wifi."

"Great location near the city with access to services. The building itself was complicated with all of the different keys, etc. I think an onsite walkthrough would be helpful and eliminate the frustration in figuring it out ourselves."

"Plenty of space and effectively appointed. Internet was down during our stay so no access to TV / internet. Plenty of space to eat, sleep, etc. however quite a closed unit with small windows, not letting a lot of light in. They had left a bottle of wine, and some breakfast food, etc., which was nice. Washing machine powder, dishwasher tablets, all included. "
