"Perfect location as only 6 minutes drive into the centre. The bathroom however is located off one of the bedrooms so this was the only downfall as it meant the couple staying on the sofa bed had to pass through the bedroom to access this. The host was very helpful and kind as was his grandmother and the property otherwise was perfect "

"We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. Could be improved by having the TV on a pivot stand as it was hung in a place that made viewing very difficult. Also a caddy in the shower cubicle would be helpful. "

"Very modern and clean apartment. Fantastic view (though our friends booked a 2 bedroom apartment and had a much better view with a rooftop patio). Too bad the pool wasn't open (it was April, and too cold). Though a little out of Zadar, close by restaurants were fantastic. Dealing with the owner was also very pleasant."

"Eden Penthouse is hands down the best property I have ever rented through Hotels.com! It is beautiful and very spacious which is perfect for 2 couples sharing. It was well appointed with everything you need (except a coffee maker but there is a water kettle with tea and coffee provided). "Lovely stay at the apartment, a not too far walk from the beautiful Zadar. Would be happy to come back, place was spacious and great to come back to each night. Loved the outdoor panoramic views each morning for breakfast. Only improvements would be ways to dispose of rubbish during the week"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious with views of the sea. There is not much to do in the local area, nearest shop is about 25 minutes walk so a car is essential to get around. It is quiet though. Beds were comfortable. The WiFi signal was variable depending on time of day and location. Staff were very friendly. I had to ask for A dustpan and brush and the free toiletries. Our washing machine didn't work and we told them twice but still no one came to look at it, however they...
