"The condo was a good fit for a quick up north stay. The location is easy access to town and good dinner options. Everything was clean and all of the essentials are available. The patio is at the back of the property so no water views. Access to Eagle Lake is at the Chanticleer property across the street. If you're looking at a stay in the summer, be aware the air conditioning is through window units, and the upstairs is cooled via a unit in the second bedroom. Because of this you have to run the unit on high to cool the main bedroom along with a fan. This worked just fine for us as it was two adults though could be cumbersome in other circumstances."

"Traveled with three adult children, spouses, grandchild and a dog. There was enough space in this house for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The basement has three bedrooms and a full living space which will be great at the grandchildren get older. Additionally, there is a nice large deck to enjoy the summer weather and grill out. We traveled with two boat and the parking space available made it so easy for all cars, trucks and boats to be parked. There is also a three-car garage attached to the house. There were some items in the garage (beach items, floaties, etc.) as well as misc. items for up-keep of the house, but it was minimal and if we wanted to store our vehicles in the garage, we certainly could have. It was nice to have the option. House was clean and pet-friendly, Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. Host was always attentive in corresponding with me, and overall, this met all our family's needs was a great place for my family to stay.Should also mention, the location was perfect for running into town to grab groceries and two boat launches nearby. Everything we needed was just minutes away. Great location."

"My husband and I stayed for two weeks with my son and his family joining us later on. The house is beautiful and the upstairs garage apartment was perfect for our teenage grandsons!!! And if you want to stay in a place with an awesome location and watch the boats go by since it’s right next-door to a marina….. This is the place for you! My husband fished off the dock and caught a ton of fish. Amber is so easy to get a hold of and responds in a moments notice… any request I had she fulfilled without question or hesitation. We’ve stayed in Eagle River for over 20 years at different VRBO‘s and this by far is one of our favorites!!! Thank you Amber for being such a great host and sharing your home. PS my husband left his toiletry bag and we’re working on getting that back and I have full confidence that we’ll receive it in just a few days. "

"The treehouse was amazing!! Secluded deep in the woods but only a 15 drive to town. Walk to the water if u have a boat, if u don’t have one they will get u a rental. Wildlife in abundance!!! I will be staying here every time I go to Eagle River!!!!"
