"The room was clean and modern and the amenities were fine. However the service provided was sub par. Running out of toilet roll, and soap. One day we had no housekeeping at all. On that particular day we’d ran out of shower soap and when it was replaced house keeping would have had to step over dirty towels to replace it and just left them as they were! We had to ask for fresh towels. Some towels also had hair balls on unfortunately."

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful huge thanks to them! Unfortunately, that’s the only good thing about this hotel. The room was tiny, the location was just okay, and it was completely overpriced. The towels were so old they weren't even white anymore, and there were no basic amenities like shampoo only hand soap. To make matters worse, the coffee pot was heavily scratched and burned inside, looking like a health hazard. Definitely not worth the money."
