"Really nice place. Clean, comfortable, fairly well located - about a 20 minute walk to the kolner dom. The streets nearby have interesting restaurants, stores and shops. It’s close to other nice sites (Melaten cemetery is about 20 minutes walk, the old medieval walls are just around the corner). The staff are particularly nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend."

"Hotel is in a great location - just off the beaten track but close to everything one needs. Close to shops, restaurants and transport links (there's an underground entrance hidden near by). The room (2nd floor) was good; clean, large, AC, etc - only problem was flooding by shower. Breakfast is very good - wide choice. Didn't use Spa. Would stay here again."

"Everything was fine except one important item - the windows and the heat. The windows were locked so they could only tilt in and not fully open (It stated this as a safety feature). As a result, our room got very warm and was almost impossible to sleep at night. However, from the terrace, I noticed on the last day that some windows did swing fully open. Not sure why or how they did open such a way, but if it was much hotter in the area, the rooms would be impossible to sleep in. Otherwise, the location, staff, amenities and other guests were superb!"

"No onsite staff meaning all interactions are via phone. Simple but fairly well equipped room. Booked two rooms but ended up on different floors. No twin bed option. Some noise and disturbance late at night but otherwise a good stay."
