"This place is dirty. Mold in the bathroom, the entire hallway smells like cigarettes, busted walls and leaks. The ceiling was leaking in my room. When I called the front desk, they told me they'd tell the manager but did not offer to switch us rooms or do anything to fix it. They didn't have coffee and breakfast was not great. The pool is in a fitness center in the building over and not in the hotel. "

"Everything was great as last month when I stayed here. The hotel was spotless in every way. The staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The breakfast is amazing and and is a great perk for the variety of food that's provided to us. I hope the nice lady who works so hard to make it so special and the other staff as well gets a nice Christmas bonus for all of the hard work. It's a team effort for sure. "
