Our holidays in Peroj this August were superb! Jan-Karlo and his family gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived quite exhausted from a 7 hrs drive. The house was very clean and on top of that the fridge was stocked with some water and refreshments. Wonderful! We really loved the pool and the beaches close to our house. The evenings on the balcony or the terrace with a glass of wine were awesome.Jan-Karlo and his family were there whenever we needed something and gave us great tips where to go. I‘m writing this in English, not German, because they only speak English - which wasn‘t a problem at all - for us at least. I loved it! Thanks again for the great time in your house, Jan-Karlo!

Das Haus ist nagelneu.

Das Haus ist nagelneu. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man fühlte sich nicht wie in einer Urlaubsunterkunft sondern wie zu Hause. Es verfügt über genügend Platz für vier Personen, inkl. 2 Bäder und extra WC. Die Ausstattung ist genial, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, inkl. Waschmaschine. Der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse ist super und schön groß. Liegen und Stühle sind sehr bequem. Zum Strand sind es 500m, und da ist genug Platz zum liegen. In einigen Meter Entfernung ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker und Obst--Gemüseladen. Die Lage des Hauses in einer Seitenstraße ist sehr ruhig.Pula und Rovinj erreicht man schnell mit dem Auto.Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Begrüßt wurden wir mit Käse, Schinken, Brot und Wein und auch wieder persönlich verabschiedet.
