"For us what stood out were the staff, the quality of our room and food. This hotel is perfectly located if you want quiet but dont mind a 5 min walk to the beach or the town. The taxi services are great for further afield areas. Would we come back. Definitely. "

"My wife and I visited Emerald Villas & Suites in late September. We felt like we were on a postcard in the Ionian Islands. Perched on the cliffs, these stone-built luxury villas and suites are nothing short of serenity, indulgence, and soul-stirring beauty! Our first Impression is like the warmth that wraps around you like a sunset, which you will immensely enjoy! It has beautiful panoramic sea views with exquisite traditional Greek stone architecture with cozy/contemporary elegance. The Villas are blissfully secluded, yet steps from adventure! The area feels authentically Greek with sleepy tavernas serving fresh grilled octopus and meze, winding paths with amazing views, and virtually zero crowds. At check-in, we were greeted by Irene, our host. She walked us through the villa, sharing insider tips on hidden coves and sunset spots, and places to eat that offer delivery to our front door. It was the kind of welcome that wasn't service, but heartfelt hospitality. She made us feel like family...she was phenomenal! Emerald Villas & Suites didn't just host us, we left there with sun-kissed skin, hearts full, and a piece of Zakynthos etched into our souls. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. "Old box TV, no channels working, a waste of time having it in the room. Furniture in room rundown, no clothes hangers. The bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, needs more seating areas & lounge beds. No restaurant/food, snacks or water available on site, you need to drive to get these. Dinner & Breakfast needs to be pre booked in advance when not purchased in a package. Internet was ok. Heaps of parking available. "

"Beautiful property. Away from the town, yet only 5 minutes away, which made it perfect. It was very clean and the room comfortable. The beds not so soft but it could be dealt with. Not all the staff was very friendly but those that were made up for everyone else. The spa was small but really good. Venia and Eli were great and so attentive to our needs. They do not offer hair services but when I told Vania I had a wedding to attend, she went above and beyond to make sure to do my hair. Overall I would give a 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff that made our stay so great!!!"

"Property was great with great pool and breathtaking view. From the pool you can see Zante. However the air-conditioning needs a check. The unit in the kitchen was not blowing cold air at all and the bedroom one wasn't great either. Therefore a bit of a warm night. "
