Located in the Marais Poitevin in Vix, this spacious holiday home for 12 guests sits in the village’s oldest quarter, just steps from the center with shops including bakery, butcher, deli, grocery, greengrocer, pharmacy, and two vineyards for tastings.
Perfectly placed for boat trips on the Green Venice and for exploring the region: La Rochelle is 40 minutes away, Puy du Fou 1 hour, Futuroscope 1h15, and beaches 45 minutes.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped open kitchen, a living room with TV and board games, a bedroom with two single beds (or one king-size) and a baby bed, a bedroom with four single beds (or one king-size and two singles), two bathrooms, and two toilets. Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with four beds, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom, and a toilet.
Baby equipment is available for your use.
Enjoy a private rear garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue, a secure front courtyard for cars, a locked garage for bikes, and a motorcycle shelter.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra charge.
