"A very convenient and comfortable stopover. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection. We particularly enjoyed the pancake-making machine. The location was perfect for our one-night stay and within easy walking distance of Place des Héros and the centre of Arras."

"Friendly staff. Well located in a quiet mews 5 mins walk from the main squares. Room a bit old-fashioned, clean and comfortable (4 choices of pillow!), plenty of electric sockets, but disappointing absence of tea/coffee-making or even a welcoming bottle of water. No fridge or A/C; fan provided. Book ahead for car park; manoeuvring a large car tricky when full. Two 7 kW EV chargers: one Tesla only - good value if you can get an overnight charge. Nice simple breakfast."
