In the center of Guarapari you can enjoy beautiful beaches such as Areia Preta, dos Namorados, Virtudes, and Praia das Castanheiras. These are tranquil beaches in the city's urban area and therefore have excellent infrastructure.

With its calm and sheltered sea, it can be busy and even crowded during the high season (be aware of parking availability if you visit during one of these periods). The name Praia das Castanheiras comes from the chestnut or almond trees that surround the shoreline, which at certain times of the year cover the beach and the nearby water. The boardwalk is also a good option for strolling along this, one of Guarapari's many beaches, not to mention the restaurants and kiosks that make the place more lively.
