  • The apartment 702A, is super ventilated, with excellent balcony, facing the sea, in Block A of the Ordones Pena Building, located at Av Beira Mar, 988 at Praia do Morro. It has living room, balcony, three bedrooms (two are suites), three bathrooms, kitchen and service area equipped. It has two covered private garages. The condo is close to the corner of Av Paris and the Blue Marlin monument. Close to bakeries, restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, supermarkets, ATM, taxi point etc. The apartment is great for family groups with children or not. Holds up to eight people.
