We rented this house for our family so we could all be together for my son’s wedding. It is very spacious and clean. Location was easy to get to and close to shopping, ocean and all the things we wanted to do. We would stay there again if we had a big group again.
Our stay at Paradise Palms was a great place to host family from out of town and it was an easy 40 minute drive to downtown San Diego. Our family of 7 had plenty of space to lounge and the kitchen table accommodated up to 8 which made it a convenient place to gather while food was being prepared and for us all to sit down together for a meal. The outdoor area has been created to create a sense of privacy even in a busy neighborhood. We only had a few very minor requests for the owners which were quickly addressed for future guests to have an even better experience like new pillows for one of the rooms, batteries for a remote, and a lighter that was out of butane for us to use for the fit pit and bbq. None of these ruined our experience and would absolutely recommend to families for a future stay in Vista.
This property was perfect for my out of town family to come stay with us to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Lots of space, the kitchen is a dream to cook in, and we loved the backyard! My family kept telling me what a great place I found for us to stay in!

Paradise Palms Retreat was the perfect location for our large family to stay! The property is spacious and comfortable. The lush gardens surrounding the house provide privacy and make the home truly feel like a retreat. Dylan was a delight to work with and accommodated us on every level. He was welcoming and responsive. We look forward to returning and creating more incredible memories!

We had a group of 5 couples, 2 kids, and 1 dog staying here for our wedding celebrations. Communication with Dylan was so clear and quick, and he was so accommodating with check in and check out, guests who misplaced items, and changing situations. The day of our wedding, we had our hair and make up artists work in the dining room and bathroom with people going in and out to help with all the wedding preparations. There was not one moment when I felt that the property was too crowded or small for what was happening. I’d definitely recommend this space for bigger parties!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious for our family of 11. We all had enough room and the outside patio is a great retreat.
Found Dylan to be an excellent communicator. We need a few items and Dylan had the stuff within hours. I would recommend this space.

The house was clean, well stocked and great for families! I appreciated having a pack and play onsite as well as a bathtub for baby - super thoughtful!
Beds were soft and comfortable and there was plenty of space for a large party to spread out and feel at home. The amenities were modern and we were able to cook a large Thanksgiving feast with ease.
Dylan checked in with us often and was a great host: responsive, communicative, and informative. We will definitely book again in the future and recommend to others!
Our extended family of 15 just had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. We were delighted with the spaciousness and overall accommodations: Bedrooms in 4 different areas, so lots of privacy, but also plenty of room in the kitchen, living room, and back patio for togetherness time. The grill and fire pit were a real bonus as well. They made our last evening there very special.

Wedding Weekend Celebration
The property suited our large family, 14 in all. The kitchen/dining area provided a place for us to gather for morning coffee and evening games/cocktails.
Patio was nice and the foliage lush. We enjoyed the rooster waking us each morning and exploring/getting lost while we made our way around the property which is close to lots of shopping, restaurants and the freeway.

The home is located on a hill with a great view and has lots of room. I would ask that they disclose that one of the rooms does not have access to a bathroom unless they go outside. A digital lock on the kitchen door would have been helpful. Overall the stay was very nice. The wedding prep (Hair and Make up) went seamless. We did have a few glitches with the dryer, but Dylan took care of these very quickly.
This property is absolutely beautiful. SO spacious, so many rooms , hidden rooms, giant backyard and front yard, lots of parking, and you can really do what you want here. Truthfully, if you asked me for my honest opinions per checking in, there were a couple delays in cleaning (not the fault of staff, just the previous stayers left a huge mess , so there might've been a couple places not fully fully swept/mopped up, but the staff was truly trying their best to clean up but just took a very long time). But the service of especially Dylan is so responsive. While there were a couple hiccups, Dylan was quick to act and make things right. He was understanding of situations, and did everything he could to make this stay the absolute best. Anything we needed, he sent right away. Any notes you had, he took them so graciously and was very appreciative of it. We were able to host a lunch-in with family (so you can have so many friends or family stay), and the place is dog friendly. They have games in the closet, AC, a ping pong table/room, and so much more. It was literally the PERFECT place to have our special weekend. Thank you so much for letting us stay! One thing to note (for when you first arrive at the property) is to drive slow coming up to the property bc it's semi-easy to pass up the driveway. It's not hard, but just drive slow around the corner lol. Also, if there are TONS of people who are staying, bring extra blankets/paper towels
