Nestled among old, established trees and a lovely little garden, it’s wonderfully peaceful yet just minutes from Vista Village, the 78 freeway and Vista Transit Center. Thoughtfully designed with lots of storage and all the comforts you need to feel at home. Sit back on the deck with a drink and watch the sunsets over the rooftops—a perfect mix of nature, comfort and convenience.

The tiny house is situated on the upper level at the rear of the property and is gated and reached by two small flights of steps. The view from the deck looks over the neighboring rooftops and provides some beautiful views. On the lower level is another rental unit which can be rented together with the tiny house for a fellow traveler or separately. A fence separates the main house from the rental units and they also have their own private entrance on the side of the house.
