"My family and I really liked the options for dinning and their staff. There was an open Buffett for the adults and another one for the kids which was always a great option for my little one. Staff was always on top of our needs and wants. We also really enjoyed the pool and beach areas. Conveniently had showers at both beach accesses. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay at this location. Would definitely come back. "

"Staff was attentive and very nice. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. They served food all day except for an hour between breakfast, lunch, and dinner to set things up. They served a variety of fruits, drinks, and main course meals and desserts. Walking distance from a pharmacy and local vendors. "
"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property is extremely outdated, with furniture in poor condition and a general lack of maintenance throughout. The quality of the rooms and food was well below expectations particularly troubling for a resort advertised as all-inclusive.
Shockingly, the “All-inclusive” package included only one coffee and one piece of bread per day, which is unacceptable by any standard.
The only redeeming aspect of the stay was the El Faro restaurant, which provided a much needed contrast to the otherwise subpar experience.
Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this property. The service, amenities, and overall value were severely lacking.
