"The hotel is showing its age. They keep it clean and the staff is as warm and welcoming as always. We had to upgrade to a condo at the tower and it is not as well maintained as the hotel. The quality of the service at the restaurant is good and relatively fast. The cuisine is simple but delicious. "

There was zero housekeeping and when I needed items like toilet paper or a towel I had to find someone at the front desk - most of the time staff was no where to be found and the front desk was unattended.
