"Property in congested alleyway. No parking facility. Front desk did not look that appealing & still old fashioned paper work. Sign in register etc. Rooms were very small, dirty, smelly,damp. Saw three rooms to see which one I could like it. Dirty bed sheets, dirty pillow covers with stain on them. Just one picture. Checkout time 8am. Not good. Hinge of toilet seat was loose. Very uncomfortable to sit. Some how spent the night. "

"I expected better from a hotel owned by the Tata group or using the TATA brand. This was perhaps the worst hotel I have seen. The bedsheets were dirty with stain marks. The room was in a dilapidated condition. Very cramped. "
