No need to drive! Located on first floor in the heart of Viroqua. Explore the eclectic works of local artists, boutique stores, live music, great food, farmer's market and much more! A block away from Elkhart park, walking distance to Wisconsin Foodie's own farm-to-table Driftless Cafe and Magpie Gelato, YUM! Great trails at Sidie for hiking, biking or stroll around the lake or grab coffee at Wonderstate - roasted locally! Viroqua is home to some of the best trout streams in Wisconsin.

Clean, comfortable, organized with everything we needed. AC is a little loud. Duck Egg Forest and Sidie Hollow Park provide fantastic hiking opportunities. The Driftless Cafe, Fortney Hotel Lounge, the Co-op and Main St shops rounded out our stay.

Awesome place, great location!

We traveled to Viroqua to have dinner at the Driftless Cafe (Which is very worth the trip) and needed somewhere to stay. This place was not only well with in walking distance to the restaurant but was super cute, warm and inviting as well. The bed was very comfy and the over all feel was homey and exactly what we needed. Will stay here again!

Great stay

Second time staying and it was even better than the first time. This is the place to stay if you enjoy cooking your own meals. But the town of Viroqua also offers plenty of options for food when you want to eat out. The apartment has plenty of room, yet has a cozy feel.

Viroqua fishing

What a wonderful place right in the heart of viroqua, very clean and close to everything. Everyone we met was wonderful and we had a great time fishing. The owners are great, very attentive, and very helpful. Can't wait to come back.

Nice little place

A great little apartment. Nice and clean and the owners have it stocked with incidentals a person could forget on a trip. Would stay again. And an awesome Mexican restaurant just across the street .

Well Appointed and Comfortable

This is a pretty place with up to date furnishings, well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedroom. Not a lot of daylight but If you are in Viroqua for a meeting or symposium this is the perfect place to stay...good early morning and evening/nighttime cozy spot.

Overnight before Driftless Folk School

this property was perfect - can walk to great restaurants, coffee shops & shops - had booked a class with Driftless Folk School & this property ended up being on the same street about a mile down the road

Great apartment in a wonderful town

Owners have made this apartment a perfect place to stay. Nicely decorated and everything you need to make your own meals. If cooking is not what you’re in the mood for, then there’s plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. Check in and out were very easy. The apartment is located right on the main road through town, so expect some traffic noise. We used the ear plugs that Josh provided to get a good nights sleep. We will definitely stay again!

Very comfortable

It was a little hard to find. Just because we were arent front the area so the directions from the host helped immensely. The inside was extremely clean and cozy. The bed and couch were very comfortable and not stiff. Highly recommended, it definitely beats staying in the hotel.

Viroqua fishing trip

What a wonderful apartment in a wonderful town. The apartment is close to everything. Very clean and very well stocked with everything I needed for my short getaway. Communication with the owner was very easy. Josh was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Check in was seamless. I would highly recommend this apartment if you're in the area. Clean and Comfy

I really enjoyed my stay in the heart of downtown Viroqua at Josh's place.My initial reaction was that it is clean, as that is extremely important to me. Next was the cozy interior. The photos accurately portray the space.Josh is a superior VRBO communicator. All of my queries were answered extremely quickly, from my initial request to rent, my need to extend my stay by an extra day, and a few questions about checking out.I would stay here again if I come back to Viroqua, and you should seriously consider Josh's VRBO if you are planning a trip there.

Great location, immaculate space!

Very open plan with queen bed in bedroom. For the other 2, a sofa bed. Brand new and full of everything that you might need in the kitchen, including a coffee maker and coffee. Range is very nice—convection oven. Lots of amenities in the kitchen (foil, Saran Wrap, sandwich bags) and bathroom (toothbrush, soap, shampoo, hygiene products). Good supply of towels and paper products (I did bring in paper towels). Heating and AC were good—in Spring. North facing, so not sure about mid-summer. Location is at an intersection of state highways. I slept fine, but the provided earplugs are a good idea. Location is also a short walk from the Driftless Angler, Driftless Cafe, and a lot of other shop and dining opportunities. One of the nicest Vrbos I’ve stayed at—will likely come back next year!
