  • Located in a beautiful Art Deco residence classified as a Historic Monument, typical of the 30s, the apartment is on the top floor. It is bright and has a small equipped terrace with a view of the National Forest of Versailles, perfect for lunch in the sun :)

    🚊You are 6 minutes by transport from the Palace of Versailles!
    20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and 30 minutes from Notre-Dame.

    Ideal for a couple's stay, the apartment is renovated, while keeping the character of the 30s, with solid wood flooring.
    You have a large 120X80 shower, a washing machine, a dishwasher, hobs, a microwave oven and a fan. The sofa bed, very high-end, is equipped with a slatted base and a 140cm mattress, with a thickness identical to classic mattresses.

    The residence is located in the grounds of the Square Vauban, a listed Historical Heritage Site, with small gardens and benches.
