"The staff that I encountered during my stay were all friendly and responded to any concerns. The room overall was nice but the bathroom had a small sink with no counter which made it difficult to have things available on the sink for washing up, brushing teeth, etc. This hotel is in a good location and is very close to the new ampitheater. Also, just to note, the hotel is undergoing a renovation so the construction noise was still going on at 6pm when we left for dinner. There is a note about this on the hotel website."
"We absolutely loved this property. Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient!! The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything needed. The bedding and all furniture were comfortable. Everything was very clean.The area has great restaurants and shops in walking distance - as well as VMFA.Lovely place - we will be staying there again!!"

"The host never sent me check in instructions and ignored my calls and also contact from vrbo when i tried to check in. I was stranded for several hours with all of my belongings in a city i do not live in. Vrbo apologized but i never heard feom the host"
