"This is an excellent hotel. Breakfast is included (full breakfast, not a continental one). The only negative is paying $50 to park on the property which seems unnecessary since there was a lot of available parking."

"The rooms were exceptionally clean and I was able to stay with my one small dog during a very busy event weekend (Hot August Nights). I liked that the unit had its own small kitchen and small appliances. Having the small in unit washer and dryer was extremely helpful. The location is exceptional right off South Virginia Street across from the Peppermill Casino. Within walking distance to casinos, shopping, restaurant choices, amenities. As the location is right downtown, S. Virginia Street is busy with foot traffic, I would recommend the extra on-site parking pass. It offers more of a secure parking option for your vehicle being right downtown. Check-in and instructions to check-in, were easy to follow and well laid out. I would stay again."

"The condo was great. Obviously recently upgraded. The owners provided everything we needed, with nice quality everything (including paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo etc.). The parking in front was extremely convenient and the owners communicated promptly with any questions. Would definitely stay their again!"

"The apartment was quaint and in a very nice neighborhood. I enjoyed being by the lake. The hall that led down to the apartment was very smelly. And I think they do need to provide washcloths in the bathrooms. And some of the filters needed to be replaced. I loved the balcony and the neighborhood atmosphere was terrific. The sliding door out to the balcony needs some maintenance."
