"Overall hotel was fine. We didn’t like the Resort fees which are like hidden fees. In this case the pool, hot tub were closed. Fitness room was available. We did have K-cups which the front desk said was part of the resort fee."

"Room was clean. Nice bathroom amenities. The cleaning staff was super friendly and willing to give extra water and coffee upon request. The front desk is busy at times and the self check in kiosks are a little confusing. They have a pool, it looked nice and they include it in the resort fee, but it was way too cold to use that. The resort fee also covers valet parking, even though they still require a tip. IMHO, that should be a thing that should be asked about. Bowling and fun center right in the resort, gambling as well. They also have some places to eat, as well as a spa I guess (didn’t use it), and even has a tattoo parlor."

"First of all I want to point out the positive attributes. The place is clean and well maintained. It is decorated very nicely and lots of natural light which I love. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled walk in shower with very good water pressure. Our first night the lady next door has 2 dogs and the little barked till 1230 am. I assume she came home from work and after that the neighborhood was super quiet. Now my only complaint is the OVERWHELMING smell of the carpet refresher I assume used by housekeeping. I am usually not bothered b scents but this was over the top. I got a headache, a cough, had to use a bandanna to cover my nose and mouth. I really feel it was the rugs because even after opening all the windows to air out the place, once we walked on the rugs it was back very strong.The one thing we really enjoyed was Cosmo’s right next door. Best pizza hands down and the meatballs were amazing. I would gladly stay here again if the smelly issue is addressed."

"Our stay was enjoyable! The house was cozy and perfect for our lil getaway. The rooms were great and the house very clean! Our host was awesome!! All my questuons during our stay were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again on our future Reno trips!!!"
