"My trip was cancelled due to a family emergency back in February. I informed the staff approximately 24 hours in advance in hopes of receiving some form of refund or accommodation. Unfortunately, they were not understanding of the situation and declined to offer any refund, which was disappointing given the circumstances. I expected a greater level of empathy from such a large corporation."

"The staff hardly spoke. The breakfast food was horrible and breakfast didn’t open on time the entire 2 weeks of my stay despite my bringing it to Management attention."

"The property location is ideal, however the hotel itself is very tired and is in need of a major renovation. It is sad to see a once very exclusive Resort & Spa fall to where it is today. I hope someone makes an effort to restore it to its former glory."
