The room was clean. The room was not well maintained though some fixtures were damaged or broken. Staff was your average, nothing where they go out of their way to please but not rude either. Parking was very tight. Hard for big cars. The view from the higher floors was beautiful, probably the best part of the experience at this hotel. You get pretty much what you pay for and are in front of the beach.

Wonderful location and view! That’s definitely what you’re paying for. It is an old hotel and needs to be renovated. The room was clean and it had a living room separate from the bedroom so it is big but don’t expect anything special. Also the pool is closed and the parking is so tight definitely not large car friendly.

I pre-booked, pd the non-refundable fee MONTHS in advance for myself & my 2 kids. We C/I later than planned, even w/ID, I was asked for a debit card +$100/refundable deposit. Not sure this is normal, my debit card had been compromised 1 day prior, my temp card didn't bear my name. That's the reason I was given I had to provide a deposit. I had to walk after 8pm to 7 Eleven due to ATM in lobby being Out of service. Our rm setup was better than expected, 2 dbl beds in a bdrm & a pull out couch. The arm chair in the living area was wet when we arrived as if it had been sprayed w/something. There were plenty of bath linens for our stay, I love coffee & there was only 1 pk of dry creamer provided. Water pressure was slightly low but that may be common in high rises. We had a balcony which for me is a must, you pay for the view & we were able to watch the sunrise directly from our rm. The bdrm had a window which looked into the hallway, the blinds were closed but alot of light came through. There was ALOT of noise in the hallway at all hrs of the night, making it difficult to get any sleep. My only complaint was everywhere you went, MJ was in the air, on OUR balcony, in the hallway, on the boardwalk, in the elevator. I know it's legal, I don't really care, was just a bit much. We honestly C/O early for that reason & the noise level w/in the bldg because you can't get any sleep. I lost money on that decision, but I was ok with that. Overall, we enjoyed our 1 day there.

Typical local beach hotel that’s heavily used. Younger kid cleaning upon arrival was super helpful and nice. He got us a cart and took our bags to the room. He went out of his way even though we could tell he was super busy mopping floors. Room was fine- bed was uncomfortable. Only large issue was pool was not in service. It was posted online with pictures when we booked. By the time we got there, they took it off the website and told me I didn’t see pool pictures. I asked for partial refund and was denied.

Well from the beginning young lady up front she had a great attitude, check in no problems. Room was nice and clean perfect view of the ocean. the bedroom the blinds that you have didn't go all the way down I had to put something in the bottom of the window so no one could look in to the bedroom. But other than that everything is perfect would recommend you guys.
