"Was our annual family vacation. Place was nice. Pool is not heated so was not very usable[cold]. Hot tub needed to be cleaned. House was large. Layout nice. Tv with cable in all rooms was very nice. Rooms were clean. Was a nice place to go."

"Location is great, pool good for a dip, and overall layout and size of house is good. But we arrived to find the house quite dirty (needed better vacuuming, wipe down of kitchen cabinets, etc) and in disrepair with a broken screen door to the screened porch among other things. The passcode lock had a dead battery, and I needed to call for the key. The beds were made, but many were without flat sheets and one with bugs and hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter that was full of sand. Good...

"The house is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect with ocean views and direct beach access. In addition to the beach, our family enjoyed the pool, pickleball court, and all of the outdoor living spaces. Cathy is a great host! We look forward to returning someday!"
