"The place was very clean and quiet, with an excellent location. Although it’s slightly outside downtown Madrid, it’s conveniently close to a subway and bus stop—just 20 minutes from the city center. The hotel provides parking for an additional fee, which isn’t cheap but is secure. There are also several nearby restaurants for breakfast and dinner. I would definitely stay again."
"Fantastic stay here, lovely room, helpful staff and great breakfast. Easily commutable to both IFEMA Palacio municipal for conference during the day, and then walking distance to the metro to get into the city centre for the evening. "
"Great apartment with every amenity needed for an excellent stay in Madrid. The bed was a little harder than it prefer, but overall I cannot complain. Close to restaurants and groceries. "

"Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en el Hotel NYX. Desde el primer momento, el servicio fue muy amable y profesional. Las instalaciones estaban siempre limpias y cuidadas, lo que hizo mi estancia muy cómoda. "We’re a group of 6 and we all had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The overall experience, the ambiance, the staff were super friendly, the rooms spacious and love the bed is X-Large king with super comfortable beddings. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. "
"Belen at reception was excellent! She greeted us with a warm welcome and was able to accommodate us with a change of room as we arrived early in the morning from the airport and we were tired! She helped us with a map and made great suggestions!
The room was spacious, modern, clean and quiet.
I would suggest eating breakfast outside of the hotel as it was not included! The buffet breakfast cost us 15 Euros each! Expensive for what was offered. When we went out walking we saw much better offerings for 8 Euros! Eg. Avocado on toast or eggs Benedict! Live and learn.
We had a great stay at the hotel, liked the location and the friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends😊"
"We were just looking for an affordable hotel near the train station to sleep a night while we waited for our train, hotel Caballero did not disappoint! Very friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. "
