"Booked our 2 week vacation based on the photos on Expedia and the Mansiones Cruz Del Mar websites. Pictures of the Master Suite looked awesome. What we stayed in are the pictures of the Junior Suite but paid for the fancy Master Suite. Web pictures are very misrepresenting and services that were to be provided were not. Shame on you. "Absolutely beautiful hotel. The position was amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurants were very good too. I would highly recommend this hotel. If you want a room with a pool at the top, either request a top floor or second floor room. We requested a first floor room and ended up on what I’d consider to be the ground floor, however it ended up being a blessing as we could retreat here when the sun became too much, which it often did."
