We were a party of 4 who stayed at this location. We booked a 2 bedroom (6 person occupancy) condo via Expedia. One of the couples booked their flights separately so the booking via Expedia was for 2 persons as it included the flights. Upon arrival, we were informed that we needed to pay extra money for the 2 other people although the condo is listed for 6 people. Was an expense we were not expecting. Also, the walls were VERY thin. When we were in our kitchen area, we could hear our neighbors so clearly, it felt like they were in the same room. The concierge (not the host) was extremely pleasant and so were the cleaning staff. We left the cleaning staff a very good tip for our weekly clean and they were so grateful and helped make our stay extra special for the remainder of our trip.

Friendly staff. Great location. Quiet. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, groceries. Wifi was a bit weak at times. Clean and comfortable, could use some maintenance in the suites. Good value.

Did not have check in details but sorted it out. Numbered units on first floors, lettered units above. Unit is unlocked and key inside for self check in. Great location, nice apartments, relatively quiet. Great, friendly cleaning staff.

On site help when needed, good air conditioning, clean refreshing pool. There is NOTHING in the way of staples in the suite, so remember your salt and pepper, coffee filters, even storage bags or plastic containers. Also you will need TP and garbage bags, only one of each provided. This is a great location right behind major grocery store, easy walk to Chahue Beach and Crucecita.

There is not attendant to help you, the place smells horrible and it’s dirty, old and very unpleasant. Good location with access to a lot of things but other than that not good place for families.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Daniela and Judith were both very good. Room had what we needed. A little worn around the edged but comfortable and clean. Pool area could use some newer chairs and the pool could be cleaned more frequently. Great location! 5 minute walk to beautiful Playa Chahue! One block to the Chedraui grocery store. We stayed for 5 nights and would definitely return.

The bed sheets were stained with pee. Beds not so comfortable. Every time you left the house all the lights including AC turn off so it was hot when you got back. Windows didn’t lock and you share balcony also sliding door to share balcony wouldn’t lock. No elevators available & pool was out of service however owner reimbursed me about $30 USD for the pool being out of service. I stayed there 6 nights.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this apartment. When I arrived, the place was dirty, and despite requesting multiple times for it to be cleaned, nothing was done. It’s unacceptable to rent out a place in this condition and then ignore guests’ concerns. The lack of cleanliness made my stay uncomfortable, and the management’s lack of response only made it worse. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their cleaning and customer service.

The place was dirty and not well maintained. Walls were dirty. Ceilings in the bathroom were in patch due to a water leaking. There was not water in one of the sinks, the pipe was broken. We had to wait 2 days to repair. The walls are not isolated and you hear the neighbors. The clearness of the place was not great. The kitchen counters were dirty and not great to prepare a meal. The fridge disconnected once you remove the key card until we reported. I have photos to proof the quality of the unit.

No one met us upon arrival. We wandered around until we found our room, at least we knew our number as I had called the night before. Others arrived without a room number and wandered also until the manager showed up. Several asked us what to do. No hair dryer , no iron ,as stated. No sink stopper . We called manager for this and other things .He promised to come right away but did not. We finally got the cleaning staff to help us. If cleanliness is your thing ,this place is not for you.

The location is great, but the condition of the property at least our unit (J) was terrible. Wasnt clean, stains on the walls in the kitchen and main floor bedroom. AC stained the wall and was dripping on the floor. Floor under beds have not been cleaned for weeks base on the amount of dust we remove with a broom. Bathrooms were stick and with white stains all over faucets and lavabo. Missing trims around the bathroom door and unfinished as seeing gypse in the cornor of the door and the tiles. Wifi signal very unstable. Pool water was fogy and general appearance was not clean. Thank god it was sunny outside and that we spent our time on the beach because it would have been painfull to spend time locked inside thia condo unit. Check in communication was complicate also, no one welcomed us and we yad to figure out our unit and how to get in. We loved Huatulco but will never comeback to Palmas de Chahue again.

This is a great location. 10 minute walk to beach and central to everything you can walk everywhere. 5 minutes walk to biggest grocery store in area so very handy. I knew booking this place there would be downsides so I wasn’t surprised considering how cheap. I was in 1 bed ground floor unit by myself and I’m not too fussy. The positive the host was very responsive communication by WhatsApp and she can communicate in English. The condo was well equipped and everything inside good. The bad. Ground floor patio no view of anything lots of noise from above patio. The pool deck and water is too dirty to use in my opinion. It’s tucked in a little corner in back and so if your counting on pool I would look elsewhere. Their system for garbage is you pile it in the hall in front so needless to say looks like a dump at times. It’s too bad that the entrance and hall way areas weren’t cleaned on a regular basis and the pool it could be really nice. Cheap it was okay but I wouldn’t stay there again.

I had a great 3 week stay here in a studio apt. Great location, great price, clean, friendly staff (used Google Translate). The pool was refreshing, and I met lots of people staying there

En general el lugar es bueno tienen muy buen ambiente ya que toda la gente es tranquila no hay mucho ruido disfruta tu estancia el único tema que tuvimos en esta ocasión fue que el personal que se encarga de el estacionamiento se encuentra lesionado y es el único que puede abrir o cerrar las puertas del estacionamiento entonces la única opción que nos ofrecieron fue cancelar nuestra reservación o adaptarnos a la situación tuvimos que estacionar nuestra camioneta en la parte de enfrente del otro hotel arriesgándonos a que nos llamaran la atención o le hicieran algo auto entonces solamente esa parte queda como red flag que solamente hay un solo personal para cada una de las áreas
