Gite for 4 people in a vineyard - With swimming pool access

1,5km from the village of Violès with all its shops and services. Near the campsite Favards, you will have access to all its services, swimming pool and paddling pool, entertainment, wifi area, playground, bar, cellar, catering on site or take away, and tourist information. Our cottage of 80m ², fully air conditioned, can accommodate 4 to 6 people. The living area includes an open kitchen and a TV corner. The beds: a double bed in bedroom 1, two single beds in bedroom 2 and a double sofa bed (type BZ) in the living room. The bathroom: spacious walk-in shower and washing machine. Independent toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer and small appliances. You have a small garage that can accommodate your bikes and a small very nice private courtyard with gas barbecue. Shaded terrace with garden furniture.

Schönes Haus auf einem Weingut

Ein sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, es fehlt nichts. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die sich um alles kümmert. Das einzige, was ab und zu stört ist der sehr laute Fluglärm der Kampfjets von dem nahe gelegenen Luftwaffenstützpunkt. Übungsflüge, die sicher stattfinden müssen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Tolle Lage, ruhig auf einem Weingut, 1,5 km zur Ortsmitte mit kleinen Geschäften und 5 km zum nächsten Supermarkt. Überdurchschnittlich gute Ausstattung, sehr geräumig, praktische Aufteilung. Einrichtung ideale Kombination aus schön und zweckmäßig, Koch- und Essgeschirr großzügig vorhanden, schöne große Dusche, sehr nette Vermieterin. Abstellplatz für Fahrräder im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung, toller Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in alle Himmelsrichtungen, sowohl bergig/hügelig als auch weitgehend flache Touren möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
