La Roseraie des Côtes Gite 4/5 places

In the heart of Drôme Provençale, the Roseraie des Côtes offers you a recent apartment (2014) located on the hillside, in the middle of organic vines classified as Premier Cru by the Côtes du Rhône and on the edge of a pine forest.
It enjoys a vast panorama of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
The 70 m2 apartment (4 people) is located in a Provencal farmhouse 2 km from the village center.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer) open to a living room with dining area, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
High-performance insulation keeps fresh parts even in large heat waves. Heating is provided by a Scandinavian stove. Wood is provided by the owner.
A rest area is set up in a shaded garden with access to the swimming pool.
The new replica of the Chauvet cave is less than an hour away by car.
Starting point for many hiking or cycling tours, the Roseraie is also close to the Provencal markets of Nyons (Thursday and Sunday) and Vaison la Romaine (Tuesday) and many summer festivals (Orange, Avignon, Grignan, Vaison la Romaine).

The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190), 2 bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table with two lamps and a chest of drawers.

Each bed is fitted with a draw sheet, 1 or 2 pillows and a blanket.

The bathroom includes a cabinet with sink and storage, a mirror and a walk-in shower.

The toilet is independent.

Bed and bathroom linen is optional with an additional € 15 per person

A fabulous gite

A lovely property with a superb pool. The gite is siuated on a hillside among the vineyards with spectacular views over Mont Ventoux. It is very near the pretty hilltop village of Vinsobres. Françoise and Rémi were very kind and friendly hosts who contributed to making our stay so relaxing.

Beautiful, idyllic and relaxing

A beautiful apartment with a gorgeous pool. The use of the outdoor table made for a wonderful breakfast space and the access to a washing machine was so useful. There is a super bakery in Vinsobres and a huge market in Nylons on Thursday which is worth the visit. Francoise and Remi were kind and discreet. We loved our stay and we were all sad to leave.

Tranquility with beautiful views

The apartment was as you see on the pictures but on top of that it had the most beautiful view of Mount Ventoux and the valley just like the pool. The host living on the property was very friendly and gave a full tour of the rented area. They kept a comfortable distance, and fixed things if needed. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet place to rest after exploring the area.

séjour très réussi,nous avons profité de la piscine.Il a fait très chaud et c'était très agréable .

nous avons séjourné avec nos 2 petites filles et leurs parents. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir prendre du temps en famille dans un magnifique cadre. La location offre une magnifique vue sur le Ventoux, les dentelles de Montmirail, les oliviers et les vignes. Le jardin est superbe, même en pleine canicule,alors qu'est ce que ça doit être au printemps!La location est située en étage dans une maison qui jouxte celle des proprietaires.Les lieux sont très propres et bien équipés.Les nuits sont calmes,le ciel rempli d'étoiles,c'est reposant! Rémi et Françoise sont sympathiques,les relations sont faciles,ils sont discrets et néanmoins présents.

Die absolut ruhige Lage mitten in den Weinbergen mit einer bombastischen Aussicht war ein super Standort für Wander- und Radtouren in der Region. Le paradis!

Nous avons passé un sejour merveilleux à la roseraie des côtes : une vue a couper le souffle sur le mont Ventoux et les dentelles de Montmirail, un magnifique jardin, un logement très confortable et bien équipé et l'accueil très chaleureux de Françoise et Rémi. nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce gîte et tout était parfait! les propriétaires sont discrets et très sympathiques. Gite très chouette et bien situé

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Françoise et Remy, et avons apprécié l accueil et la disponibilité des hôtes, le gîte très chouette, bien équipé, bien situé pour rayonner sur la région. Il se trouve au calme, en hauteur (vue magnifique sur le mont ventoux et les dentelles de montmiraille), au milieu des vignes. Merci pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons !

Havre de paix au milieu des vignes

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le gîte. Merci à Rémi et Françoise pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance, leur accueil. Tout était prêt à notre arrivée pour nous et notre petite fille de 1 an. Nous avons pu profiter du calme, de la piscine, du magnifique jardin, des balades et villages aux alentours. Bref, le séjour fut trop court! Nous recommandons vivement. Merci encore!

Vakantie in alle rust !

Zeer proper en mooi verzorgd appartementje op de eerste verdieping van een voormalig wijnhuis alwaar de druivenplukkers indertijd gelogeerd waren, met prachtig zicht op de Mont Ventoux en de Dentelles de Montmirail. Ideaal voor een koppel of voor een gezin met 2 kinderen. Zeer lieve en vriendelijke eigenaars - die ter plaatse wonen - die je privacy respecteerden maar voor je klaar stonden indien je een vraag had of een praatje wou maken. Prachtig domein en tuin !! La douce France op en top !
