Fabrazio and staff really made us feel at home at it was much needed and much appreciated oasis in the middle of our Italian vacation! Check out this property and wine!!"

"We stayed a week at this beautiful location. Our family consisted of 14 people from 5 different households, ages 4 to 72. Our son summed it up best by telling me we hit a home run with the choice of this Villa! The property gave us all plenty of privacy and roaming space. There were beautiful outdoor terraces, a swimming pool, ping pong, chess, foosball, pocket pool table- and we used every inch! We also took advantage of the prepared breakfasts every day, and 3 of the prepared dinners- Welcome dinner, pizza party, and the Florentine steak BBQ. All were wonderful. Bea and Jacopo were fantastic. We leaned heavily on them for pre-trip planning and transportation. They were so patient with all our questions. We could not have managed the week without them. We used this Villa as our home base and did day trips from there. We did not rent a car.It all worked out perfectly. We could not rate our experience any higher....the choice of this villa, all the amenities, the concierge services and responsiveness of Bea and Jacopo made our vacation a '10". Thank you B and J!!"

"This is a working winery and while the apartments are somewhat rustic and without air conditioning they provided much of the charm and experience that we were looking for during our stay in Tuscany. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the wines produced by the winery. Natalia and Roberta were especially friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet dinner that was available on our first night that included delicious food and wines. We also took advantage of the daily breakfast since the location is somewhat remote. Alternatively, one could easily prepare their own breakfast in the apartment kitchen but we opted for the convenience. Although remote the property is conveniently located in the countryside about midway between Florence and Siena which were the two cities we planned to visit during our stay. There is a pool on the property and we did also enjoy a stroll into the vineyards one evening to watch the sunset. The reason for the lower rating with facilities is primarily around some plumbing inconvenience which was not confined to just our unit but was being appropriately addressed by the property and we did not experience any issues on our last couple of days. Overall, our experience was excellent and I would stay there again if I return to Tuscany."

"The property was great particularly the outdoor areas and pool with plenty of big tables, pool lounges etc. We booked the whole property and so had all of the separate parts. Each room or set of rooms had their own kitchen and sitting area. This meant there wasn’t a big kitchen/sitting room for all 10 of us. It wasn’t a problem because the weather was perfect and we were outside all the time. There was a regional power cut while we were there and Agnese and her family were wonderful in help us get through that. They were responsive and extremely helpful. "

"We had a wonderful time! The pool is amazing with an incredible view. The staff went out of their way to make our stay fantastic, especially our server Leonardo. The breakfast was great with eggs to order and everything freshly prepared. Highly recommend!"
